Bubba is 4!

Luke had a wonderful birthday! We are lucky to have such great friends and family! He was so happy to finally be 4 years old. His cousin Jaxon is exactly 3 months older than him, so he was anticipating being 4 ever since Jaxon's birthday. We had his party a few days before his birthday, and I told him he could pretend he was 4 after that until his real birthday. When he woke up on his real birthday (June 5th), I told him he was REALLY 4 years old, and he said, "We not betending?" Ha! Landry sang "Appy to you" (her version of Happy Birthday) for the whole month of June it seems like.
We had his party at JumpNJungle, and it thrilled my heart for him to finally have his day. He's not been old enough to remember past birthdays, so after taking gifts to other parties for months, I think he was feeling like it would never be his birthday. He was so excited for it to be his turn for HIS cake and presents. On the day of his birthday, we celebrated with friends and family. Some of our family brought by presents for him, and we took cupcakes to the Kauffmans that evening, too.
I found a questionnaire last year on Pinterest and quizzed him, and I used the same one this year as a comparison. It was neat to see his answers last year vs. this year.
